It is my mission to provide a calm, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. With all respect, I kindly request that all clients abide by spa policies. In order to provide a peaceful experience to everyone in the spa, I ask that no extra guests are brought to the appointment. If extra guests are brought, the appointment time will be forfeited and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. You will also be charged 70% of your service for same day cancellation. New clients, in order to receive your full allotted time, I do ask you arrive 10 minutes in advance to your appointment so that you are able to fill out paperwork and use the restroom before your appointment if needed. In order to respect the time of your appointment, other clients, and myself, I ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late or more to your appointment will result in a $15 late fee. Arriving 20 minutes late or more to your appointment will forfeit the original appointment, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. You will also be charged 70% of your service for same day cancellation. I understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations/rescheduling after 24 hours will result in a 70% charge of your service for same day cancellation. In the case of missing your appointment, 100% of your appointment will be charged. In the event that I am unable to charge your card, it will be your responsibility to pay for your missed service before coming to your new appointment. Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied or have any delayed discomfort/reactions please let me know within 48 hours after your service has been performed. I am willing to make corrections as needed. I would just like to ask that when you reach the spa for your appointment that you would please refrain from knocking on the door. We have multiple service providers that have clients that come in for relaxing services and/or may fall asleep while having a service done. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 70% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments. 100% no show fee will be charged for no call/no show.
